Our Palm Coast Call Center
MSUSA contact center operations are located in our Palm Coast facility at 11 Commerce Blvd, Palm Coast, FL 32164. As a small business, Magellan’s facilities have a unique environment which is different from other call centers. In-fact the facility helps reinforce the family environment that we have been able to develop in the company. The end result is that employees feel more at home and attrition is kept at a minimum.
Agent Work Stations
Our facility currently houses 30 fully equipped workstations, with the capacity to expand to an additional 70 stations as operations scale. Designed for efficiency and comfort, our workspace supports high-performance customer interactions, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Special Amenities
Our facility is designed to foster productivity and employee well-being, featuring special amenities such as dedicated coaching rooms, a comfortable lounge area, a spacious full-sized lunchroom, and fully equipped conference rooms. These spaces create an environment that supports collaboration, training, and relaxation, ensuring a balanced and efficient workplace.
Dedicated Training Classroom
The Palm Coast location is equipped with a dedicated training classroom that features a large front screen and whiteboard and workstations for each agent. Each classroom is led by at least one trainer who walks the class through interactive training modules. Depending on the course and how far along the training is, the trainer may walk the agents through processes on each of their workstations or present the module on the large screen at the front of the room.
Diesel Generator
To ensure uninterrupted operations, our facility is equipped with a reliable diesel backup generator. This system provides seamless power continuity during outages, safeguarding critical business processes and maintaining 24/7 service availability. With automatic failover capabilities, our backup power solution reinforces our commitment to operational resilience and uninterrupted customer support.
